Language setup option for the KitCAD2.xx programs.

The current edition of KitCAD2v5.exe, KitCAD2.exe, Render.exe, Kpu.exe, and Cutup.exe found in kpdrup2.zip support multi language use with user programmable interfaces.

Default settings:

The support defaults to English. To enable others download the lang.zip file and run the required language batch file. No support for conversion of the data used. All file data is written in english text.

Supported Languages:

Programming Languages: Basic scripts have been deleloped in english for the following languages.
Files are written with us-ascii text.

User Interface Languages: Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Portugese, Spanish.

Setup Instructions:

download the lang.zip file and run the required language batch file; for example english.bat

The ODBC and BDE have international user options that can be set as needed, like character formats, etc, as with the system its self. No information is provided here in this help for supporting other languages at this time.

Notice:

The language support only extends to the interfaces of the programs, and not to how the code is written, or operates. The default language is English.
Only the programs of KitCAD2v5.exe, KitCAD2.exe, Render.exe, Kpu.exe, and Cutup.exe support this standard.
