KitCAD i3 file://localhost/ TEST version [5]
Updated all versions of KitCAD i3 KGC from 1.5.16.42 to 1.5.16.44 with release dates of 14th May, 11th June, and 21st June, 2011.
Tested corrected issues for framed pages and IE9 support; IE9 bug report.
Added simple converter option to regenerate X3Dom output (untested) from VRML97.
Added x86 (missing file) support to Kp2html.exe 1.1.4.18, bug report

The current KitCAD i3 Installer has been corrected to use C:\Program Files\
Another version of KitCAD i3 using a new build processes to take advantage of NT5/6 will be released at a later date; with an installer for C:\Program Files (x86)\
The current and new additional KitCAD i3 VRML97 -> X3D -> x3DOM converter has not been tested for rotations. More information about X3DOM can be found at x3dom.org

Updated KitCAD i3 online X3Dom links to use release files; and not the files form the src folder on x3dom.org.
X3Dom output Pages are generated as XHTML5 but served as HTML (at this time).

Uploaded KitCAD i3 KGC exe TEST x86 Setup (not fully tested).
Files and the Installer have been modified to support x86 file systems on x86/x64 operating systems.

Uploaded KitCADi3_file_localhost_test_***_setup.exe with updated Kp2html.exe 1.1.4.18.
KitCAD i3 KGC Test versions can now export Kp2 files between x86 and non-x86 versions.
Kp2html.exe will test for missing KPD files when loading a KP2 file. If file.kpd in the example below is found to be NOT existant when loading the Kp2 file, then 4 other locations are scanned – which are by default:-

Updated KitCADi3_file_localhost_test_x86_setup.exe to include C:\Program Files (x86)\Kitchen\KitCADi3\config\_KITCADI3_IO_I3EXE_DIRECTORY.path
Missing KitCAD 2.27v5 Files for Program Files (x86) will be included in the KitCAD i3 x86 setup at a later date.

Preview of Language support
Google (Language) Translate API will be shut down in December, 2011; After deprecation, see:
Another pre-saved method for KitCADi3ie5.exe language translation (supporting a small fraction of the 52 languages that Google Translate could perform) will be offered at a later date, and should avoid the same problem with API lifetime reliance. A planned release of online translation services support for KitCAD i3 KGC by the end of 2011 using the Google Translate API will no longer continue (The same translation can be performed by web browser plugins).

Created 24 language translations (from English) using various sources. The archive zipped files will be uploaded onto the webserver for future releases of win32/x86 KitCADi3ie5.exe
