3D rendering server updates for IE and GCF
Changed the KitCAD i3 phpgd option to allow use of the Google Chrome Frame Plug-in (GCF) within Internet Explorer webbrowsers. This change allows Internet Explorer to render the 3D SVG and 3D JavaScript links that are found on the 3D Webserver output page.
